All team cancellations may be made without penalty until 5/18; any team canceling after that date will incur one night room and tax penalty per reservation. Individual cancellations/changes to reservations may occur until 48 hours prior to arrival (up to 50% of the team's bookings. Should more than 50% of reservations be dropped after the cutoff date, the team will incur one night room and tax cancellation per guest).
