1-Scroll down the page and find the hotel that makes the most sense for you and Click Book Now.
2-Walk through the reservation process. You are finished once you enter your billing information and click Finalize. (You are not billed now).

Notes:

1.Hotels are listed based on proximity to race start/finish; closer hotels are listed first. Runners who will be driving into the city from their hotel should not be impacted by the street closures as most do not go into effect until runners have already arrived. Specific driving directions are available upon request and available on the Eversource Hartford Marathon's website.
2.Please use this website to "check on your reservation" until September 18, 2025. The hotels do not receive the final reservations from us until this date. If you should call the hotel prior to then, they will not be able to "see" the reservation in their system and may cause you to become alarmed.
3.Due to very high demand for hotels in the region for this and other events, it may not be possible for the hotels to honor all of the requests that are made for late checkout. Another guest will be checking into the room on Saturday after your departure. Please note your requested late check-out time in the notes section of your reservation so the hotel can work to honor it (if possible). If the hotel is unable to honor the request, they will work with you for luggage storage and other special requests. Showers and areas to freshen up post-race may be available near the race finish.
