Teams may cancel before the cutoff date of 3/14/2024 to avoid penalty. Individuals may make changes or cancel reservations until 72 hours prior to the event. (up to 50% of the team block without penalty. Families of teams dropping more than 50% of reservations after the cutoff, will each incur a one night room and tax penalty.)
