Individuals may cancel or change reservations until 72 hours prior to the tournament. No team cancellations can be made after the cutoff date of 5/30/24. *****Very Important- All Individual guests including those staying with groups sign a registration addendum at check in for their individual rooms that requests good behavior at the hotel. A minimum fine of $750.00 will be charged for each room that violates the hotel policies due to their impact on other guests or staff. The charges are applied to the guest room or rooms who negatively impact the guests around them or if they disrespect staff instructions. We want all guests to have a good time without impacting other guests staying at the hotel. The hotel is very popular for sports teams and near capacity every weekend. We request the group leader inform all guests up front that children of all ages will be monitored in the rooms, pool, whirlpool, fitness center, lobby, exterior and hallways. It is the parents' responsibility to monitor and correct the children's behavior when appropriate to be respectful of the other guests and staff. All of guests of the hotel deserve the opportunity to enjoy the hotel without the disruption of group behavior.
